Return Policy

effective March 1, 1998

AUTHORIZATION NUMBER MUST BE ON OUTSIDE OF THE BOX

1) Unauthorized returns will be refused. Please let us know before returning any item to us. A return authorization number will be issued and it must be displayed on the outside of the package.

2) We will not accept any returns after 10, (ten) days, please inspect your order upon receipt.

3) We will not accept any returned parts worth less than $50.00. All returns are for company credit ONLY, which may be applied to future purchases. No cash refunds or credit card credits will be issued for returned merchandise.

4) Electrical parts are not returnable for any reason, all electrical parts are tested prior to shipping.

5) There is a 35% restocking fee on all accepted returns and freight charges are not refundable.

6) Should you receive a damaged product please notify the carrier within 24 hours and then contact us so it may be rectified immediatly.

7) Factory NEW Porsche parts carry a 2 year unlimited mileage warranty on parts only, LABOR is not included. Electrical items are not covered.

Please note that while these are actual parts we carry or have carried, our inventory is in constant flux, so please call for specifics on any parts you see, and if you don't see what you're looking for call anyway - we may have just gotten it in stock!
